Teren Hooper

Teren Hooper was born and raised in the beautiful North Ga Mtns and comes from a background of property management with a history of owning a painting company as well as a landscape company. His history in the industry has given him enhanced knowledge of being able to recognize and fulfil homeowners needs and wants. After attending Young Harris College and completing his degree in Business Administration, Teren began working for Cabin Cares, LLC which gave him the opportunity to work one on one with clients in guiding them on how to best maintain and improve their property. Through business tactics learned in college as well as experiences, Teren has knowledge to use negotiation tactics in order to be extremely beneficial when not only writing and negotiating contracts, but also experience in how to market properties. Teren entered the real estate world in order to put his experience and knowledge to good use in providing smooth transactions for buyers and sellers. Teren wants to help you reach your dream, whether that be to finally make the move to the mountains, or to sell your property in order to begin the next chapter of your life.
